Insurance Accepted
We accept most major commercial insurance plans including PPO, HMO, and Medicare. Contact us before your visit to verify coverage.
Self-Pay / Cash-Pay
Transparent, upfront pricing with no surprise bills. Telehealth visits from $89, mobile house calls from $249. Cash, credit, and debit accepted.
HSA / FSA Eligible
Our medical services are typically eligible for Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) reimbursement. Check with your plan administrator.
Monthly Memberships
Starting at $79/month for virtual care. Includes telehealth visits, chronic condition management, priority scheduling, and discounted house calls.
Emergency Information
Direct Access Health provides primary care for non-emergency conditions. For life-threatening emergencies including chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, or serious trauma — call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room.
